Finding Referrals through Storytelling

So you have had a 121 and shared lots of information about ‘what you do’.  Is it easy to go and find each other a referral now?  Not always. Sharing stories on how you have helped your customers and the difference that this has made, can make finding referrals easier and more natural for others and you.

We will cover:

  • The difference between a “Referral Strategy” and an “Enquiry Strategy
  • The Natural Conversations that lead to referrals – before they even know they need you!
  • The 121 template that helps you find referrals in as little as 10 minutes each
  • The conversations you have every day, and how to turn these into referrals
  • Strategies that will cover your presentations and your social media activities. 

Please note this is an interactive session where you will start to work through some of the content in small groups, using breakout rooms.
