• the VCP process
• the difference between proactive and reactive referrals, and
• learn a strategy that brings it all together that you can immediately implement after the session to increase the value of your BNI membership

Please note this is an interactive session where you will start to work through some of the content in pairs/small groups, using breakout rooms.
